Franklin Mixed-Use

Located in the heart of downtown, across from the public library and community park, this proposed five-story luxury apartment building takes advantage of its prominent urban setting to create a vibrant residential destination.

The design responds to the surrounding downtown character by incorporating warm red brick materials and contemporary architectural details, creating a harmonious connection between the new development and the existing streetscape while enhancing the community’s urban experience.
