Pilates Oasis

This wellness-focused Pilates studio transforms a two-story, 3,868-square-foot existing retail space while preserving the character and integrity of its historic building. The design introduces a refined industrial aesthetic through black steel framing, exposed materials, and clean contemporary detailing that complements the building's heritage while responding to the energy of the downtown streetscape.

The result is a welcoming, light-filled environment that supports wellness, movement, and community connection, creating a thoughtful balance between historic character and modern functionality.
