A seven-story signature masonry mixed-use building situated at the corner of two pedestrian streets in the heart of North Street downtown. This thoughtfully designed project combines vibrant retail spaces on the first and second floors with modern residential apartments above, exemplifying our commitment to creating dynamic, community-focused urban environments. Our work focuses on the tenant improvements for the ground floor and second floor (5,330 sq ft) retail spaces.
