#84 Campus Multi-Use Renovation

As one of the most significant masonry buildings on campus, this adaptive reuse project transforms the historic structure into a vibrant multi-functional hub accommodating offices, classrooms, art studios, film studios, computer labs, exhibition spaces, a café, and other campus facilities.

Respecting the building’s historic character and masonry features, the design introduces a contemporary curtain wall system that wraps the four corners of the building. The transparent façade reflects the surrounding landscape and captures the dynamic activities of the campus, creating a dialogue between the historic structure and its evolving environment.
